Bradley
Johnson - Attorney at Law
As a compassionate listener and fierce advocate,
Bradley Johnson has found tremendous satisfaction being
an effective and winning warrior for justice. Bradley
Johnson opened his Washington State law firm straight
out of law school, specializing in criminal defense.
Since 1992, his law practice has grown to include 5
highly accomplished trial lawyers and 9 support staff
members - including 5 paralegals. Representing the
accused, Brad has defended everything from Murder in the
First Degree to hundreds of DUIs.
He is a graduate of
the
Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College and the
National
College for DUI Defense. Bradley Johnson earned his
law degree from the
University of Washington and his B.A. in Rhetoric
from the
University of California at Berkeley, where he rowed
on the varsity lightweight crew.
Briteney Mercer - Attorney at Law
Briteney Mercer joined the Seattle Washington DUI Attorneys shortly after graduating from
law school at the University of Washington in 2002,
and has built an exceptional reputation and practice
focusing entirely on criminal defense. In 2005, she
was selected by her peers as one of the best young
lawyers in Washington and was named a “Rising Star”
by Washington Law and Politics Magazine. She prides
herself on being a dedicated, aggressive and
compassionate advocate for her clients, peers,
prosecutors and the courts.
Brit seems to have been born to do
this work. She has been focused on a career in
criminal defense since being named “Outstanding
Attorney” at the national high school mock trial
competition. She worked with criminal defense
lawyers through college and law school. While
attending the University of Washington, she was
selected to attend a six-month internship as an
investigator with the Federal Public Defender in
Washington, DC. During law school she worked in
Seattle for the Northwest Defender Association and
worked for the Child Advocacy clinic, representing
children in dependency actions.
Greg
Schwesinger - Attorney at Law
Greg joined Seattle Washington DUI Attorneys following a
successful career as a United States Marine Corp Judge
Advocate and subsequently as a
Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Seattle.
Additionally, following his time as a Marine and as a
Prosecutor, Greg worked as an attorney with the highly
regarded DUI Defense firm of Al Rinaldi. Greg is a
graduate of the
University of Washington, and
Willamette University College of Law, Salem, Oregon.
Greg Schwesinger is licensed to practice law in both the
State of Washington and the State of California.
In the Marine
Corps, Greg attended, and successfully completed, the United States
Marine Corps Officer Candidate School, Quantico, Virginia; he was
commissioned as a 1st Lieutenant in August 1992. Upon graduating from
law school in 1994, Greg externed for former Washington State Supreme
Court Justice Barbara Durham, and thereafter attended, and successfully
completed, both the Basic School, Quantico, Virginia, and the Naval
Justice School, Newport, Rhode Island, officially becoming a judge
advocate in the United States Marine Corps in March 1996.
David O - Attorney at Law David O was born and raised in Seattle,
Washington. He received his Bachelor of Arts
degree from the University of Washington and his Juris
Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law.
Immediately after graduating from law school, he pursued
a life-long dream of working alongside his father,
Robert O, selling both Residential and Commercial Real
Estate in the Greater Seattle area for Windermere Real
Estate/ Shoreline. David then turned his attention
back to the practice of law and began a highly
successful career as a Criminal Defense Attorney.
He began his career at the Northwest Defenders
Association and then joined Seattle DUI Attorneys.
David’s strong belief in the pursuit of justice for
all is a natural fit with his specialty in Criminal
Defense. David has taken on a full spectrum of
criminal cases from misdemeanors to felonies. He
has a natural tendency to put his clients at ease while
fighting vigorously in the court room for their rights
and freedom.
Lisa Voso - Attorney at Law
Lisa has recently moved to Seattle from Maryland where she practiced as
both Personal Injury and Family Law Attorney.
She attended college at St. Mary's
College where she competed nationally on the speech team. She graduated
cum laude in 1997, with a double major in mathematics and political
science. She attended law school at the University of Maryland where she
graduated in 2000. Upon graduation Ms. Voso was awarded Order of the
Barrister for her excellence in courtroom advocacy on the National Trial
Team and the Negotiation Team. Following law school, she served as a law
clerk for all four Fredrick County Circuit Court Judges.
She joins Bradley Johnson
Attorneys as the attorney manager of the personal injury
department. Lisa brings with her a high level of litigation experience,
integrity, and competency.
Maya Trujillo Ringe -
Attorney at Law
Maya finds Family Law a natural fit for her
personality. She loves problem solving and understands
the complexities, both legal and emotional, that come
with practicing family law. She is sensitive to the
clients' needs
and considers herself and her client a team working
aggressively toward the best possible resolution for her
client. She is an
excellent negotiator but is also a strong advocate when
it is clear that negotiation will not provide an
equitable outcome for the client.
After graduating from the University of Washington,
Maya moved to Spain for
a year and attended the University of Salamanca to
obtain a degree in Spanish studies before attending law
school at Seton Hall School of Law. Before
returning to Seattle for her third year of law school at
Seattle University, she clerked for the Honorable W.H.
DuMont of the Civil Division in New Jersey. After
exploring various areas of law, she found her
calling in the practice of family law.
Maya finds balance in her life with her husband
exploring the outdoors through scuba diving,
snorkeling, and
hiking. She also enjoys reading and traveling when
time permits.
Annika
Wright - Attorney at Law
Annika Wright joined
the Bradley Johnson Attorneys shortly after graduating from law school
at Seattle
University
and is focusing completely on family law. She is proud to be a
committed, assertive and compassionate advocate for her clients. She
puts emphasis on attempting to find a just and equitable solution for
her clients while aggressively upholding their rights. Annika
specializes in dissolution proceedings, modifications of parenting
plans, child support issues, and custody disputes.
Annika graduated from
the University
of California at Santa Barbara. While at UCSB she was a member of the
Division I intercollegiate women’s soccer team. Additionally, she was on
the Dean’s list and was awarded the Jean Hodgkin’s Memorial Scholarship
for her commitment to the community, athletics, and academics. She also
served on the Student-Athlete Affairs Board and was a member of the
Environmental Affairs Board.
