Bradley Johnson Attorneys includes highly skilled and experienced
paralegals and support staff. These team members are trained to

Jennifer
Brown, Criminal Paralegal
Jennifer joined Bradley Johnson Attorneys after graduating from
Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.A. in English and a minor
in Criminal Justice. Her keen intelligence allowed her to graduate with
High Honors.
Known for her compassion, organization and competence, she has proven
herself as someone willing to roll up her sleeves and get the job done
even if it takes her late into the night. She has a great sense off
humor and her infectious laugh can be heard rolling through our offices.
She is upbeat and keeps things in perspective in the darkest moments.
In her spare time she enjoys researching and writing her travel
book. She also spends time at the beach and loves to surf.
Katherine
Sweigart, Criminal Paralegal
Katherine moved back to her native Seattle after earning her B.M.
from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She is an accomplished
musician and occasionally performs with a local symphony company.
Katherine has a warm, quick, and efficient approach to her work. She
has gained valuable experience and knowledge that is appreciated by all
who work with her. She has proven herself to be an integral part of
Bradley Johnson Attorneys.
Finding balance in her life she loves participating and creating in
the arts. She is a dancer, harpist, and painter finding inspiration
both at home and in her travels.
Nicole Wegner, Criminal Paralegal
Nicole joined the team at
Bradley Johnson Attorneys after graduating from the
University of Washington with a degree in
Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences with a minor in
Education. Her studies in Society, Ethics and
Behavior sparked her interest in the legal field.
She demonstrates both
dedication and enthusiasm in her a job as a Case
Manager in our Criminal division. She approaches
all problems with a hunger for solution and positive
action. Nicole has a natural kind way about her
that is appreciated by both her clients and our
attorneys.
Nicole is very active and with
a passion for soccer, hiking, and snowboarding.
Family Law Legal Support Staff
Brooke
Howard, Family Law Paralegal
Brooke has recently returned to Seattle after having completed the Masters
Certificate Program in Dispute Resolution and Mediation at the University of
Massachusetts Boston, as well as obtaining her Paralegal Certificate from
Boston University.
Brooke is excited to utilize her education and mediation experiences in our
family law department. Her previous experience teaching and working with
children and families lends to her dedication and commitment to the field.

Chantal
McQuaid, Sr. Case Manager
Chantal has over twenty years of experience in Personal Injury Law.
She was fortunate to obtain the majority of her education and training
by working with a solo practitioner for ten years. She has worked as a
paralegal and case manager in California and Washington.
We have been fortunate to have her at Bradley Johnson
Attorneys Law Firm since 2001.
She specializes in helping injured people with insurance claims.
Over the years, Chantal has worked with thousands of clients. She
understands how much a serious injury can impact your life.
Lynnaya
Baker, Personal Injury Case Manager
Lynnaya has a natural gravitation to helping people as well as a keen
interest in the legal field. She is a natural fit for her position
as a Personal Injury Case Manager in that she is kind, compassionate, organized,
and extremely effective. She has plays an essential role in the firm and
for each of our clients.
After moving to Seattle from Estes Park, Colorado she joined Bradley
Johnson
Personal Injury Attorneys Law Firm and spends her spare time reading,
watching football, and spending time outdoors.
Lidia Ilves, Legal Assistant
Lidia has a very calming, easy and attentive way about her that is
always enjoyable to work with. She has years of experience as a
personal injury legal assistant making her a valuable resource for our clients
and Bradley Johnson Attorneys personal injury department.
Lidia holds a very dear spot in her heart for St. Petersburg, Russia.
She spent many years there exploring the art, history, architecture and
culture as an independent tour guide in the city. Having been born
and raised in Estonia she has spent her years traveling and living
throughout the world.
Lidia moved to Seattle in 2002 and spends much of her time outside of
work with her lovely daughter and granddaughter.
General Support Staff
Sasha,
Bookkeeper and Russian Interpreter
Alexandra Shayakhmetova, known to us as Sasha, was born and raised in
Moscow, Russia. At the Academy of Business, Moscow, she earned both her
B.A. and Masters Degree in Accounting. Shortly after completing her
studies she moved to Seattle taking classes locally at Shoreline
Community College to acquaint herself with American Accounting
methodology.
She is valued for her extreme sense of commitment to her work. Her
natural inclination is to be detail orientated which is appreciated by
all that work with her. Sasha upholds integrity in everything she does.
Erica
Lee, Receptionist
Erica has returned to the northwest after having graduated from Utah
State University with a B.S. in Sociology. She holds a great
interest in law and its processes. Her compassionate and competent
demeanor allows her great acceptance among those she encounters.
She is often the first voice you hear during office hours as well as
when you walk in the door. She has a kind and receptive way about her
that makes you feel welcome.
