Maya Trujillo Ringe - Attorney at Law
Maya finds Family Law a natural fit for her personality. She loves
problem solving and understands
the complexities, both legal and emotional, that come with practicing
family law. She is sensitive to the clients'
needs and considers herself and her client a team working aggressively
toward the best possible resolution for her client.
She is an excellent negotiator but is also a strong advocate when it is
clear that negotiation will not provide an equitable outcome for the
client.
After graduating from the University of Washington, Maya moved
to Spain for a year and attended the University of Salamanca to obtain a
degree in Spanish studies before attending law school at Seton
Hall School of Law. Before returning
to Seattle for her third year of law school at Seattle University, she
clerked for the Honorable W.H. DuMont of the Civil Division in New
Jersey. After exploring various areas of law, she found her
calling in the practice of family law.
Maya finds balance in her life with her husband exploring the
outdoors through scuba diving,
snorkeling, and hiking. She also
enjoys reading and traveling when time permits.
